Amendments to the Standards of Practice

As a result of amendments to the Social Work and Social Service Work Act, 1998 respecting the use of the title “doctor” and amendments to the Registration Regulation (O.Reg. 383/00) made under the Act, By-law No. 73 of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers was recently passed.

By-Law No. 73, which came into force on October 1, 2010, amends the Standards of Practice Handbook.
