How to Access the CCP Documents Using Your USB Key

The 2017 Continuing Competence Program (CCP) documents, including the CCP Instruction Guide and Self-Assessment Tool and Professional Development Plan documents, are ready for download.

Please Note: If you’ve saved your 2016 Self-Assessment Tool and Professional Development Plan Documents on your USB key, please be sure to save a backup copy on your computer before updating.

To access the updated documents on your Member Resource USB key, please follow these instructions:

  1. Plug your USB key into your computer.
  2. Double click on the College logo in the USB key folder and click on your preferred language.
  3. A pop-up window will prompt you to update your USB key. Please click “Yes”. The upload will replace the documents on your Member Resource USB with the most up-to-date versions.
  4. Once the update is complete, the following statement will appear on your screen: “Your OCSWSSW Member Resource USB has been updated”.
