Employers have access to numerous professional practice resources on the College website:
- The Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice Handbook, which sets out the minimum standards of professional practice and conduct for College members.
- Practice Guidelines: Learn valuable insights on practice areas ranging from psychotherapy to medication practices.
- Practice Notes: Gain a better understanding of how the Standards of Practice may apply in every day practice.

Consultations
Employers can consult with the College’s Professional Practice Department regarding the practice of College members. Professional Practice staff will help members and employers to identify the Standards of Practice that are relevant in a particular scenario. Presentations
The College’s Professional Practice Department delivers free in-person and remote presentations across Ontario on topics including the role of the College, practice issues, the application of the Standards of Practice and ethical decision-making.
